On Sat. May 23 there will be a Swim Clinic at the Heritage Aquatic Complex on Racetrack Road with underwater filming, classroom video analysis and a post analysis return to the pool to apply video analysis insights.
Individual filming & warm-up swimming will begin at 7:30 AM with classroom video analysis after filming AND a return to the pool for those swimmers who wish to apply the insights learned during analysis and receive more individual technique work (please bring your swim equipment i.e. paddles, snorkel, etc.). The pool is open until noon & we can stay until noon if required.
The goal is to give each individual athlete their most important 2 or 3 technique items to work on to improve.
