LVTC 2026 Planning Meeting
You are invited!
We are going to have a remote (zoom) meeting on January 31st, 2026 from 1 – 3 pm to plan out the 2026 season.
We are a 501(c)(3) organization that is 100% run by volunteers. We have a Board (Matt Olson, Colleen Takahasi, Bob Gamble, Yoshi Matsumoto, Tedd Girouard, Justin Thornley, and myself) that directs the business aspect of the club and we have Ambassadors that contribute/lead in running all the different aspects of the club.
Not sure what you would do? Join the meeting and we’ll plug you in! Or, just attend to find out more about what is going on for the upcoming year.
