DESCRIPTION:LVTC 2026 Planning Meeting\nYou are invited!  \nWe are going to have a remote (zoom) meeting on January 31st\, 2026 from 1 – 3 pm to plan out the 2026 season.  \nWe are a 501(c)(3) organization that is 100% run by volunteers. We have a Board (Matt Olson\, Colleen Takahasi\, Bob Gamble\, Yoshi Matsumoto\, Tedd Girouard\, Justin Thornley\, and myself) that directs the business aspect of the club and we have Ambassadors that contribute/lead in running all the different aspects of the club. \nNot sure what you would do? Join the meeting and we’ll plug you in!
