DESCRIPTION:We will run a ‘Swim Support Clinic’ at the same time as the Introduction to Triathlon Clinic. \nThe purpose of the Swim Support Clinic is to work with people who either currently provide swim support at events or people interested in providing swim support. \nWe will have Stand Up Paddle boards as well as a Kayak to use … or\, you can bring your own gear! \nWe will cover tips for aiding swimmers as well as plans for when an athlete needs to be brought back to shore.

SUMMARY:Swim Clinic
DESCRIPTION:On Sat. May 23 there will be a Swim Clinic at the Heritage Aquatic Complex on Racetrack Road with underwater filming\, classroom video analysis and a post analysis return to the pool to apply video analysis insights.\n\nIndividual filming & warm-up swimming will begin at 7:30 AM with classroom video analysis after filming AND a return to the pool for those swimmers who wish to apply the insights learned during analysis and receive more individual technique work (please bring your swim equipment i.e. paddles\, snorkel\, etc.). The pool is open until noon & we can stay until noon if required.\n\nThe goal is to give each individual athlete their most important 2 or 3 technique items to work on to improve.\n\nYou must be a club member to participate in this clinic.
